THE JOURNEY
Upon receiving the concept brief from Rentuu Technologies, we worked with them
to develop a robust product vision and a mission statement. Based on this vision,
we created customer personas and conducted a series of customer interviews to better
understand their use cases, pain points with the existing solutions and what aspects
of this service will give them the most value.
Once the backlog of features has been fleshed out and prioritised, our design team created
an early prototype that was used to kickstart the development and obtain early feedback
from the key stakeholders. We then applied the agile methodology to develop the Minimum
Viable Product and launch it in just 6 weeks after kickoff. Our technology team held weekly
show-and-tells with the key stakeholders to demonstrate the progress and gather early feedback.
The easyEventhire website was showcased during the public launch at
International Confex 2020
and received extremely favourable reactions from across the industry. Over the next three months, we
continued gathering the user behavioural insights and iterating continuously on the product until it reached maturity.
